The above standards are to be used as guides in implementing a safe working at heights program.
Certification includes a Nationally Recognised Safe Work at Heights Statement of Attainment and a plastic wallet card upon successful completion of the course.

Certification includes a Statement of Attainment - Operate Breathing Apparatus and a plastic wallet card upon successful completion of the course. This course complies with requirements of AS/NZS1715:2009 and is based on competency
MSAPMOHS216B - Operate Breathing Apparatus.

This program is delivered over a period of 4 contact hours and involves the practical rehearsal of a rescue plan developed by the trainees for an on site or simulated confined space.
This course is facilitated simultaneously with the 2 day confined space course (for non SCBA accredited trainees)or a 3 day confined space courses (for SCBA accredited trainees) or as a stand alone module either at our venue or onsite customer lacation.
Certification includes a Confined Space Rescue Statement of Training and a plastic wallet card upon completion of the course.
Confined Space Rescue - Duration: 4hrs - $125 p.p. / $750 p session (No GST) - max 8
This course is based on requirements of QLD WHS Reg 2011 Part 4.3 S74 which states Established emergency and rescue procedures must be practised to ensure they are efficient and effective.
This course is meant for persons who enter confined spaces, act as standby or participate in emergency response and already trained to maintain their skills in between regular reassessment courses and/or where onsite confined space rescue plans are rehearsed to comply with regulations.
Course time: Typically 12n- 4pm

NWP 219A Water Industry Confined space upgrade - Duration: 8hrs - $265 per person (No GST) - Nationally Recognised training
This course iallow individuals who already hold RIIOHS202A Enter and work in confined space, MSAPMOHS217A Gas Test Atmospheres and MSAPMOHS216A Operate Breathing Apparatus (Standard SafeTSolutions 3 day confined space course or equivalent competencies) to upgrade to NWP 219A - Work Safely in Confined Spaces by attending a one day workshop which covers height safety and manual handling concepts.
As part of this one day workshop you are required to complete additional practical assessment which allows us to issue a Statement of Attainment for NWP 219A for those individuals needing this as part of their studies in the water industry.

This program is delivered over a period of 8 contact hours and involves the legislative obligations and a general overview of of the priciples governing safe work in confined spaces.
This course is facilitated simultaneously and as day one of our regular confined space course 8am - 4pm.
Certification includes a Confined Space Awareness Statement of Training upon completion of the course.
Confined Space Awareness - Duration: 8hrs - $265 per person (No GST)
This course is based on of Work Health and Safety Regulations and relate to persons involved in design, modification, installation or who may be participating in risk assessment of confined spaces and or managing/supporting confined space workers.
This course is not meant for persons who control confined space hazards, enter confined spaces, act as standby or participate in emergency response. Additional training is required for these persons. A second day will allow the issue of a fuuu competency (see options above)
Eligibility for attending this reassessment program involves proof/evidence of having completed an appropriate Nationally Recognised confined space competency within the previous three years.
This program is delivered over a period of 8 contact hours and involves a review of the theory involved in Confined Space entry using the Learning Guide and classroom session with an assessment which is both practical and a theory test.
Certification includes a Nationally Recognised Confined Space Statement of Attainment and a plastic wallet card upon successful completion of the course. Competency either from Resource & Infrastructure or Water Industry.

The program is the full confined space course and is delivered over a period of three eight-hour contact days. Three units of competency organised into an off-the-job training program comprising 9 sessions in total.
The classroom & fieldwork under supervision of a trainer/assessor covers Risk Assessment, Legislation, Permits, Equipment, Gas Detection (MSAPMOHS217A), Breathing Apparatus (MSAPMOHS216A), Emergency Response and a short review of CPR and Fire Extinguishers in confined spaces.
The program involves a practical skills development module in a simulated or real confined space.
Assessment is both practical and a theory tests. Certification includes Separate Nationally Recognised Confined Space, GD and SCBA Statements of Attainment and a plastic wallet card upon successful completion of the course. Competency either from Resource & Infrastructure - Competency RIIOHS202A or for the Water Industry. - Competency NWP219A (4 days)
